James Hardie runs a contractor program with tiers. Select is the tier we hold. It is not a sticker you buy: it reflects installing to Hardie's own specification, which is what the 30-year non-prorated warranty on the product depends on.
Non-prorated matters more than it sounds. Many exterior warranties reduce what they pay out the older the installation gets, so a claim in year twenty is worth a fraction of one in year two. Non-prorated does not taper that way.
